Microbreweries Battling Breast Cancer will take place on Saturday, July 18, 2009 at the Marin Brewing Company on Larkspur Landing from 1pm to 5pm. Doors open at 12 noon. Enjoy unlimited tasting of over 25 local microbreweries, live music, outdoor barbeque, and a raffle with great prizes.

California Canoe & Kayak (CCK) is proud to sponsor this event, a challenging, 15.5-mile sea kayak and canoe paddle around Alameda Island to raise money for breast cancer advocacy, research, and treatment. There will also be 2 and 8 mile paddles around Lake Natoma in Sacramento!

All proceeds benefit local Bay Area non-profit organizations working to help women with cancer, including CMCC.

During the last 9 years, determined and dedicated paddlers have made it possible for Support Strokes to raise over $185,000.00 to fight breast cancer. Please join us in continuing the fight.
