Beth Parker is Founder and Principal of Parker Law & Mediation. She serves as the General Counsel of three Planned Parenthood affiliates and their Action Funds. From 2013 – 2018, she was Chief Legal Counsel of Planned Parenthood Affiliates of California. Earlier, Beth was a partner at Arnold & Porter and at Bingham McCutchen in San Francisco and served as a mediator for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Beth has served as Chair of the Boards of Directors of Equal Rights Advocates, the Coro Center for Civic Leadership in Northern California, Performing Arts Services, the Women’s Leadership Alliance, and the San Francisco Women Lawyers Alliance. Beth speaks and teaches at conferences, law schools, and legislative hearings. She has a B.A. from Yale University and a JD from Harvard Law School. Beth has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for 40 years and is an avid photographer, hiker, gardener, and cook.
