Erin Harr Yee is currently the Deputy  Director of the COVID Contact and Tracing Initiative with the Public Health Institute. She was appointed by California Speaker of the Assembly Anthony Rendon as a public member to serve on the Dental Hygiene Board of California. Previously, Erin was the Chief Operating Officer of Planned Parenthood Northern California. She has spent her career working in community health services and working for organizations that impact women and families. Erin  was born and raised in Kailua, Hawaii. She has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 37 years, but still considers Hawaii her home! She earned her B.S. in Non-Profit Management from the University of Hawaii. Erin’s favorite activities include reading, spending time in her garden, being with her family and friends, or going for a run with her favorite companion, her dog Bailey!
