Karissa Sellman is the office manager for the Charlotte Maxwell Clinic. Since 2017, she has provided finance, operations, and executive assistance for CMC. After decades of experience in marketing communications, Karissa pivoted her career toward wellbeing support and advocacy. She is a Certified Mindfulness Teacher and Integrative Health Coach, and also serves as an interfaith volunteer with the Spiritual Care Services team at Kaiser Permanente. When not sitting still, Karissa enjoys activities that blend together balance, motion, and play. You can find her skating, bicycling, or hiking—as well as engaging in practices for wellbeing like qigong and tai chi.
