Lisa Hartfield is the Volunteer and Community Engagement Manager for the Charlotte Maxwell Clinic.  She has worked in both clinical and market research and has extensive experience with recruitment, evaluation, community education and outreach.  Lisa’s strong belief in the importance of empowering diverse and often under-served communities led to her involvement in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion work and ultimately to the Charlotte Maxwell Clinic.  Lisa finds serenity and balance hiking amongst the redwood trees in the East Bay Hills.  She also loves travel, music, film, and the Golden State Warriors!
