A new clinic manager and volunteer and community engagement manager joined our team in early 2022, filling positions that had become vacant during the pandemic. Since then, we’ve increased the number of new client intakes and orientations, implemented a texting service to support scheduling client appointments, revised clinic policies and procedures, and cross- trained staff to run clinic shifts. We are providing 1-on-1 integrative care in-clinic and via telehealth for new and returning clients regardless of vaccination status. We also continue to offer several online wellness workshops for clients each month.
